Return Policy
At Ellison NewYork, we aim to keep our customers satisfied. If you wish to return a product, this document explains our return policy clearly.

Order Cancellations

• Once an order has been placed, it can only be canceled upon payment of a $20 order processing fee.
  

• If a cancellation is approved, the $20 fee will be deducted and the remaining order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy applies.

Conditions for Returns

• You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
• Return shipping costs are fully the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping costs.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
• Trying on is allowed; wearing is not.
• Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order is not permitted.

Return Process

1. Register your return by emailing info@ellisonnewyork.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
2. We will provide the return address of our supplier (located in China).
3. Ship the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.
4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refunds
After the item is received at the return address and its condition is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.
• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
